Emergency Drill Summary:

Emergency drills provide emergency personnel with a realistic simulation, allowing them to familiarize themselves with necessary emergency procedures and further enhancing employees' emergency escape and self-rescue capabilities. This provides experience for real emergency response. In this drill, each participant achieved the goal of further learning and improving understanding. For managers, the drill revealed problems in the emergency plan and identified areas for improvement. The following is a summary of the drill:

I. High-level leadership attention and on-site work arrangement

This drill was implemented under the direct leadership of General Manager Jiang Hanwen. Leadership provided comprehensive deployment, meticulous and tight arrangements at every stage of the drill, from planning and preparation to the formal execution. The success of this drill is entirely due to the leadership's attention and support, and the careful arrangements of the various work group leaders, reflecting the company's confidence and determination in improving safety and ensuring that safety work is implemented effectively.

II. Clear Drill Objectives and Meticulous Plan

Based on the actual situation of safety work, the company carefully studied and determined the main tasks of this drill. The main purpose is to verify whether the emergency plan matches the actual situation, identify problems for timely correction and improvement, familiarize emergency personnel with the entire emergency procedure, enhance their proficiency and confidence, and improve everyone's ability to respond to emergencies through the drill. This includes understanding all potential hazards and preventive measures, so that everyone knows what to do, how to do it, and is able to do it in the event of an accident. This improves the safety awareness and quality of all employees and ensures that emergency actions are completed quickly and effectively.

III. Seriously Summarize Deficiencies and Continuously Improve

Emergency drills are conducted under simulated accident conditions, providing a more realistic training and testing method. It is also an important method for checking the thoroughness of emergency preparedness and a key measure for evaluating the accuracy of the emergency plan. Therefore, reviewing the entire drill process, we have indeed found many shortcomings that we need to take as a warning and continuously improve.

The main problems are summarized below:

1. Some participants did not wear personal protective equipment such as safety helmets, gloves, and masks, and entered the accident site directly.

2. The connecting valve of the titanium tetrachloride storage tank was difficult to open.

3. The safety警戒线was not in place, and there were no safety警戒线at the intersections.

The above problems mainly occurred in the organization and implementation of the drill, allowing us to accumulate experience and provide a reference for the practical operation of future emergency plans.

In summary, this emergency plan drill was successfully completed according to the meticulously planned drill plan, achieving the objectives of the drill and proving that the accident emergency rescue plan procedures in our established emergency plan are feasible. Through the emergency drill, the majority of employees became familiar with the necessary emergency procedures, further enhancing their awareness and emergency rescue capabilities.
