Every employee is Forward's greatest asset and resource, and the foundation of Forward's development. 1. To address the high cost of renting for employees, the company applied to the Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster for ten houses in Linjiang Jiayuan. Safety measures will be implemented, renovations will be completed, and the houses will be allocated to employees, allowing them to work with peace of mind and making their after-work lives more convenient and fulfilling.

 

2. Increase internal company training. Every year, the company requires each department to formulate and implement a training plan. During periods of employee standby and idle time, we actively promote employee training plans. Our employees must not only be fully competent in their current positions but also be familiar with other job positions. Our goal is to cultivate each employee into a versatile, multi-skilled talent. Through training, we improve employees' comprehensive abilities, so that company employees can constantly feel that working at the company is not just about making money. We strive to build a platform for employees to showcase and demonstrate their abilities. 3. Every year, we conduct occupational hazard factor assessments for the production workshop and conduct occupational health checkups for all workshop employees.
